Blue Sky print series
This series of C-type Limted Edition signed prints encapsulates beachscapes created from abstract compositions made in St Ives, Cornwall. Concrete transforms into a sandy beach, worn marine paint become endless blue skies and lines into distant horizons.
St Ives, famed for its light has long been a haven of artists which today has developed into mass-produced beachscapes for tourists. This series seeks to bridge the gap between the work of famed artists like Patrick Heron drawn by the light a cenury ago and the joy to be had in cheaply produced coastal scenes.
Limited to runs of 75, each copy is signed by the artist and is available framed or unframed.
